Project Overview Overview

SSC.AI is an integrated conversational platform offering AI-driven live chat solutions for lead generation, customer engagement, and appointment scheduling. The client was looking for a full website redesign to overhaul their visual identity, streamline user journeys, and better align the messaging across industries, especially senior living and medical. The aim was to convert web traffic into live demo requests and generate high-quality leads.

Our end-to-end engagement included UX strategy, visual design, content structuring, and launch support. We created a modular design system to highlight key benefits of smart engagement, revenue boost, integration, and accessibility, while featuring real customer chats and testimonials for credibility.

The new site seamlessly integrates demo booking triggers within each section. A performance-focused landing page flow guides visitors from crisp headlines through feature calls-to-action into tailored industry pages. We also introduced a data-driven ROI calculator and featured partner logos to reinforce trust. The design is mobile-responsive and optimized for speed.

Our visual design language aligns with SSC.AI’s intelligent, human-centric brand. We used clean, spacious layouts, a modern sans-serif typeface, and a professional palette of deep teal and bright accents. Iconography and custom graphics represent conversational AI, analytics, and integrations. Key panels feature screenshots of dashboards, chat UIs, and scheduled appointments. Subtle motion effects guide users through interactions without distraction. Trust cues—including HIPAA logos, CRM icons, and industry certifications—reinforce credibility and brand authority.
