The project aimed to replace generic chat widgets with a dynamic, AI-supported live chat system seamlessly integrated into the client's website and CRM. Built for scalability and user experience, the live chat allowed visitors to get instant answers, book appointments, and receive personalized recommendations all within a secure, conversational interface.
